Scabiosa

I got Scabiosa seeds from wild plants when we went on holiday last September. I sowed them today using Carol Klein's method as shown in Gardener's World.
I reused the plastic box containing the doughnuts that Mark bought yesterday (and I ate) , using a kebab stick I made a few holes in the plastic to allow the water to go up in the box.
Next I filled up the container with compost, sowed the seeds on the top, pressed down with a jar and covered with compost.
Finally, I put the container in a tray full of water and placed it in the green house.
Now I have to wait and see !
